Farin Daulah is the founder and president at One Circle. She formed One Circle with a vision to provide life skills education focusing on social and emotional aspects of learning all across Bangladesh. Farin developed the idea of One Circle after moving to Bangladesh from the UK, with the vision of creating a more inclusive, tolerant and just society by providing life skills education to all as well as mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Farin is a trained education professional from the UK and has a degree in Education & English from University of Surrey. She also holds a Masters in Management from Westminster University. She has extensive experience in the life-skills education sector, working in various schools and non-profit organisations in London.
Alongside developing new curriculum for One Circle, Farin regularly takes part in teacher training for various schools across Dhaka. Currently, she is also working as an adjunct faculty in North South University teaching Communication.

Fatima Rasul Munira
Program Coordinator & Assistance Facilitator
Fatima is an Assistance facilitator and Program Coordinator at One Circle. She completed her masters and honors from East West University in Development Studies and English. Her aim is to bring sustainable changes in every stages of life. She also believes in order to grow together it is important to gain new knowledge and share experience through these working process.
Khairul Hasan Shishir
Executive
Khairul Hasan is a finance graduate from North South University. He is currently working with One Circle as a Senior Executive. He believes that social organisations should focus more on marginalised adolescent groups so that they can contribute to develop our society.
